In Structure (Server), I have built a structure with Automation:
The column Key is added by default in the View.
Some assignees have their username shown in the Key column, while other assignees have "JIRAUSERXXXXX" shown in the Key column.
Why don't these assignees/users have their normal username shown?

Andy Heinzer does a great job of describing this here.
Short version is that the user_key format was changed in Jira 8.2.
The users you see as username were most likely created prior to 8.2.
