Dear community,
we are testing Story Map by Easy Agile.
It is great, the only thing we haven`t found out is, how to use 1 story map for several projects. It would be great to organize multi-campaings in ths way.
Looking forward to your advice.
Thanks
Yvonne
Hi @Yven Hermann,
Thanks for your patience while the Easy Agile team have been in Las Vegas for the Atlassian Summit.
You can certainly create multi-project story maps using Easy Agile User Story Maps. As every User Story Map has a 1:1 mapping with an agile board, you will need to create a new multi-project board in Jira, where the board's filter query includes the projects you would like shown on your User Story Map.
I've added a link here to Atlassian documentation which shows you how to create a multi-project board in Jira.
Once this new board has been created, you will see the User Story Map icon in the Project Sidebar as normal, and can access your new multi-project User Story Map.
If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out and I'd be happy to walk you through it.
Thanks Yvonne,
Teagan Harbridge

Dear Teagan Harbridge,
great, it works. Thanks a lot.
Is there also a chance to have Projectneutral Epics only to cluster the story map?
Best regards,
Yvonne

Hi @Yven Hermann
Glad to hear you were able to get your multi-Project User Story Map working.
To have User Story Map that is populated only by specific "Project-neutral" Epics, I would recommend creating a new Board, that contains the Project your 'Project-neutral' Epics belong to in the board filter query.
Let me know if you have any problems!
Thanks Yvonne,
Teagan Harbridge

Hello, we at AGODI are trying out easy agile story maps. It seems to work fine for us. There is only 1 thing: in 1 story map of a board of a project we can create issues from multiple projects and types. In another board of another project we can only create issues linked to that project.
Where can we setup that we can create issues from other projects?
Regards, thanks

Hi @Brecht Viaene,
Tenille here from Easy Agile. Is the second board you mention a multi-project board? It would need to be multi-project to allow issues to be associated with multiple projects.
If this doesn't seem to help, please feel free to reach out to us at support@easyagile.com and we can investigate.
Thanks
Tenille
