Sprint board drag and drop of tickets not working

I have users who, in the story map view, re-prioritize stories or epics.  The re-prioritization "holds" at the time they drag and drop, but if they refresh the session or log out and log back in the next day, the prioritization they previously performed does not "hold".  Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Hi, @Brooke Pettitt !

Sounds strange. Maybe some cashe? 

If we are talking about Jira Board and order/"prioritized" by Rank - it should change globally at moment of draging&droping cards.
