->If issues added after the sprint starts are indicated with an asterisk. So notice none of the issues have it. Also crossed checked that issues are not added after sprint start.
->May be issues were resolved after sprint was closed. All the Jira Resolved Date is before Sprint was closed.

What else do need to check? Why few jira are missing status even though they have same issue type, same status and are in same Sprint? Could anyone suggest?

The missing status looks very odd to me. Could you try re-indexing the project and see if the status becomes reported correctly?
Can you also confirm that all status in the project's workflow(s) are mapped into columns on the board?
