Sorting Filters by Owners not working

I am looking at all our filters by owner in alphabetical order. Partway through it seems to switch to filter name in alphabetical order. This is really annoying as I'm trying to find all the filters owned by someone who has left and is deactivated (I can't search him as the owner anymore). Screen shot it below.

Hi Jill,

Not sure why it is doing that, but I can help you with a hack to find what you are looking for. I looked up the account ID for the user who has left and copied that.

Then I went to the list and put me in as the owner and executed the search. 

Then I went to the URL and replaced my account ID with the one I had copied, and then executed the URL. It got the ones for that user.
