Hello everyone,
I try to understand an issue with the integration of Teams with our JIRA software server.
For some issue ticket, it's working perfectly ... but for some other, it's not working.
How is that possible?
When i don't search, i find some issue.
When i search certain issue it's works well ...
But for other ... i don't find them and i don't know why.
But these tickets exist on our JIRA and i have access.
If i try to find any issue from SAPROLL project, i will not find it by teams.
And for some project, i can find some ticket but not all
Here i found it.
But if i try a newest, it doesn't show ...
How that is possible?
Do i need to reindex the project? Do i need to give me special right ? Or is it a bug from the app ?
I really don't understand here ...
