Users are receiving unable to fetch error when trying to access Jira issue information from Salesforce. As an admin I am not receiving the error.

This is usually caused by users not having sufficient privileges in the project. Can you confirm that the user can access the project or has permissions to do so.
Thank you, I actually had to reach out to support for the connector between Salesforce and Jira. The issue was profile permission that were removed during a recent Salesforce update.
