Show traceability of Test Cases added as Steps to other Test Cases

Hi,

For the Test Management 4 Jira app, there is functionality where a test case can be added as a Step to another test case which is great.

Unfortunately there is no traceability to show how many or which test cases that one test case has been added to.

Can something be added to show this?
