On large graphs i get a „Server Error Reqest“ for some issues. It would be nice if we could limit the overview to incoming or outcoming links (switchable). Maybe the problem is solved automatically. But also for reasons of clarity, it would be nice if we could switch between the two links.
And i have a Problem after linking an issue. After confirmation of a dialogue, the issue page does not load. Only this message is displayed:
<a href='http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer'><img src='https://www.adobe.com/images/shared/download_buttons/get_flash_player.gif' alt='Get Adobe Flash player' /></a>
I have to reload the page (click enter in adress field of the browser) to display properly.
With the current version, we can therefore not work. We must therefore seek another plugin unfortunately. We have to decide by the end of next week for one.
Sorry, not currently. My Jira test installation is currently broken. I can not log in anymore. But this is not a problem of your plugin!
But from my thoughts... The subtasks are displayed. But it looks like they would be loaded all the time. And then comes the message like "HTTP Error ... Server Error Request".
My Browser is Firefox 3.6.17
Flash-Plugin is Shockwave Flash 11.1.102.62
An update is not an option.
My jira works now. The exact message is:
(sub-task) https://jira/rest/api/2/issue/40083 Server.Error.Request:HTTP request error:Error:[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"]. URL: https://jira/rest/api/lates/issue/https://jira/rest/api/2/issue/40083?fields=issuelinks,id,key,assignee,issuetype,priority,status,summary,subtasks,parent
And another thing I noticed. How can I open an issue in Links Hierarchy tab?

Yes, that works! Thanks! However, perhaps this is not entirely intuitive. But if you know this hidden feature, it is easy to use.
I will wait for the fix in any case, before I look around for other plugins.

Not sure whether you mean this: click and hold down the mouse for a second on any issue. A context menu should be shown with the option "View issue XXXX-NN". Clik on it to open the issue page on JIRA. The hierachy graph will be rebuild with the XXXX-NN issue as parent root of the tree.
Thanks for the error details. I will fix it.

Please, install the 1.1.3 version. It fixes the page reloading problem and also provides some improvements for inward, outward and subtasks and full screen mode support too.
Regarding the problem loading subtasks, I cannot reproduce it. I saw that the url does not include the server name and port. A new option "Copy error" is available for issues/subtasks not properly loaded. Please, might you copy the exact error and paste it?
Many thanks.
Pablo.

A picture of the new GUI (and a new user guide has also been published).

Nice to read it. if you like it, please don't forget rating the plugin ;)

Yes, i will do it.
I have just noticed two small issues. But both are not critical.
1) When you open an issue site and the Links Hierarchy tab is selected, the issue site is loading every 5 seconds. Only if you scroll down to see the tab, the hierarchy graphic is loaded and reloading no longer takes place.
2) As you move the graphic up, the settings (inward, outward, sub-tasks) disappear below the graphic.

It has been fixed in the 1.2.1 version.
Thank you!

The reloading problem has been fixed in the 1.1.4 version. It was introduced in the previous 1.1.3 version when trying to reload the issue page automatically.
Now, there is not any delay and the page should be reloaded only once.

briefly:
Please, could you provide the full error message for subtasks: is it "Server Error Reqest" only or there are some extra information available?
Many thanks for the feedback. I'll work on that.
Pablo.

The Server Error Request always occurs on subtasks. Is it possible to deactivate the view of subtasks.
