I had write a cutom JQL function in Scriptrunner, and I scan but it is not show.
I put the script in /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/scripts/com/onresolve/jira/groovy/jql/ABC.groovy test002.groovy

What do you mean by "scan"?

"scan" is a button in portal,such as the pic, and in document I notice when I create a jql function and need to scan, and will show in list.

When you uploaded the file to the server, did you change the permissions on it so that the user account running Jira has full ownership and access to it?
Check the ownership and permissions of other files higher up in the tree if you're not sure.
