Script runner jira postfunction transition parent when all sub-tasks are resolved Edited

Hello All,

I am trying to move Parent status to Done when all sub-tasks move to Done. For that i have added a following post function "Transition a Parent Task when all sub-tasks are resolved(Script runner)"on sub-task workflow Done status. However, when all sub-tasks moving to Done status Parent task is transitioning to In Progress Status, I have selected correct parent transition Id in the parent action field.

Both Parent and sub-task have separate workflows.

Please see the attached screen shot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

Mani

All I can say is check again that the "Done (41)" action was selected from under the correct parent workflow. Otherwise, this should work as documented.

The one thing I'm a little perplexed with is that in my environment, I don't have a condition block for this build-int scriptrunner post-functions. Neither is one shown or discussed in the documentation.

Hi peter,

Thanks for the reply!

I have cross checked it, still the same issue.

Thank you,

Manikanta
