Script runner Escalation Service scheduler doesn't work

Hi,

I am using the ScriptRunner Escalation Service plugin. The jobs execute correctly when I run them manually, but their cron doesn't run (every Friday at 6 pm).

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

 

ScriptRunner version: 5.6.9

Jira Server version: 7.12.1

cron: 0 0 18 ? * FRI
