I'm trying to send a custom email using the script runner listener for issue closed or resolved events.
I have chosen the project, choose events Issue Resolved & Issue Closed
Added email body and subject
The email should be sent to an email id from issue custom field called -'Customer Email ID'
Everything looks good, but the listener has never run. No error either. Even added condition saying that issue.status=="closed" || issue.status=="done"
I even tried just with the issue resolved and as well as issue closed event, neither worked.
What am I doing wrong?
