I have 2 scheduled tasks that seem to be getting assigned to the user designated as the reporter when they launch rather than the user designated as the assignee in the scheduled tasks. I altered the assignee on one to test and it still assigned to the reporter which is why I don't believe the specific assignee is the issue.
