SLA Gadgets - Periodic Met vs Exceeded SLAs

Hi everyone,

Often the users and managers want to see the overall SLA performance in a consolidated way in the dashboards. Generating SLA reports can become tiresome so Time to SLA has a new gadget called the Periodic Met vs Exceeded SLA which shows the number of Met / In Progress / Exceeded SLAs in weekly or monthly fashion. This gadget is specifically designed to show information about the overall SLA performance and communicate results to interested parties especially managerial and non-technical users through dashboards.

The x-axis shows the time - weeks or months and the y-axis shows the numbers of SLAs. This gadget is especially useful if want to identify the trends in your SLA performance from one month or week to another. The scope of the gadget is determined by a filter so you can customize this gadget for different purposes.

If you have Time to SLA installed in your Cloud instance, simply navigate to your favorite dashboard, click Add gadget, select Periodic Met vs Exceeded SLA gadget and you're good to go!

Stay tuned for more exciting features.

Please let us know what you think!

Cheers,

Gökçe

For this widget, I was wondering what piece of information is used to determine which week/month the issue is reported in?  Is it based on the Time to SLA date or the Resolution date or something else?

Hi @Fletcher Cudmore

It is configurable and it can be any date field in the issue.
