I'm trying to run a script from the SIL Manager console but nothing happens when I hit the run button. I've validated the script and there are no errors. Could it be a connection issue?

Please add some runnerlog messages to your script and check if you see those in the console after running your script. Also, if you are doing any operations with a particular issue ensure that the issue context is set. Also, you may check the Logs tab near the console and see if there are any errors.
If this doesn`t help to troubleshoot, please share your script and the screenshot how the issue looks like.

Thank you Anna, we were able to resolve the issue. It turn out to be a connectivity issue, our security team made changes to our firewall that resulted in blocking outbound traffic to our instance. Once outbound traffic was restore, the problem was resolved.
