Risk assessment while creating an issue

We are using risk register Version:1.1.42-AC from vendor ProjectBalm  we are looking to do 'Risk assessment' while creating an issue ie: on create issue screen. can you let us know if it is possible.

Hi Rahul,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to include the risk impact and probability fields on the create screen. You need to set these fields after the risk is created. We regret the inconvenience.
