Rich Filters gone after migrating Jira DB from MySql to Postgres

Sam August 5, 2020

I just migrated Jira's database from MySQL 5.7.31 to Postgresql 9.6.15 and everything worked fine, except all of the Rich Filters have disappeared. The gadgets they used on dashboards are still there, but Rich Filters themselves are gone. Does anyone have an idea of why this might have happened?

@Sam - ever get this resolved? Hopefully so!

Hi Dave, this happened because I used pgloader to migrate the data. Once I used Atlassian's recommended procedure here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/switching-databases-938846867.html#Switchingdatabases-differenttype

It worked.
