Restrict Scriptrunner Fragment by two variables

Hey All,
I'm trying to restrict a Scrptrunner fragment by two variables with an "AND" and really struggling. I can get the two variables to work independently, and if I put them both into the condition I can get them to work as an "OR".
I'm not a classically trained codist... so I'm struggling to get the syntax correct.
I've tried variations of the below without success. Can anyone help me out?
jiraHelper.project?.key != "ABC124" && issue.issueType.name != "Incident"
