Hi all
I have a list report related to Jira services desk and confluence
i did study and send support to atlassian but not success
1. Report for most searched words (search from Knowledge Base of Jira services desk to Confluence).
2. Report for most FAQs(article of confuence) in Knowledge Base (search from Knowledge Base of Jira services desk to Confluence).
3. Report for top ten Request Types (Sub-categories being used)
4. Report for top ten normal users who often ask.
5. Top ten Agency TM users who frequently query.
I will pay if need add-on, tell me the name of add-on if resolve my issue.
