Replay, to email created by JMWE Email issue post function, does not reach issue comment section.

Hi,

I am using JMWE app Email Issue post function and it works fine. However, when the recipient makes replay to received email sent by this post function, then the answer does not reach issue comment section in JIRA-s environment.

There is no such problem with built-in JIRA issue notifications.

In both cases replay address goes back to Current user (Jira) <jira@projectname.atlassian.net>

I am using JIRA work management module in JIRA cloud.

No error messages returned to the email client (O365 Outlook).

User based email notifications in JIRA are allowed. Tried with two different users.

Any hints?

Hi @Kristian Teiter 

Here are some things you can check. 

Have you correctly set up a mail handler? 

Is the issuekey mentioned in the subject of the email?
