wir haben das Add-On "repeating Issues for Jira" installiert.
Reopen schlägt fehl. Es gibt keine Fehlermeldung im Log.
Clone funktioniert.
Wo können wir ansetzen um dieses Problem zu beheben?

new Repeating Issues version (0.1.1) is out. Please find it on Atlassian Marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.codedoers.jira.repeating-issues/versions#b20150621
This version has added support for default and custom workflows so it also fixes problems wth reopening issues

unfortunatelly Reopen action works only with Default issue workflow scheme, for now.
We fix that in future releases.
