Are you seeing the "read only" and "Invalid license" red warnings?
This is caused most likely by an expired license. Please consult your administrator to correct this. If your problem is more complex please contact us using customer portal

Related to this, we've been in contact with SoftwarePlant to uninstall BigGantt as there's no option to do so showing in the Manage Apps interface. Your support (Piotr P...) has advised:
"I have talked with our Dev team, and unfortunately, it is strictly the Atlassian issue.
We recommend contacting Atlassian support about uninstalling plugins directly from Jira."
We can't seem to uninstall this App from our JIRA cloud installation. Could someone on Atlassian's side contribute about this please?
