Remove Active Directory custom field value from the issue history

Hi

I added a custom field with an attribute synced from the Active Directory using the add-on:
Active Directory Attributes Sync

A few months ago the history of this custom field started appearing in the history of the different issues.

How can I remove it permanently from the history of all issues?

The attribute is syncing the Assignee's manager, which makes that every time the assignee changes, this custom field is changed, and it overloads the history and makes some mess when reading the history or the notifications from jira.
