Receiving Error:Unexpected response code: 405 when importing test cases for Zephyr

trying to Import test cases into Zephyr and receiving error:

In order to help you resolve this issue we would like to have the excel sheet from which you are trying to import and also a screen shot of the mapping you have done in importer utlity for u to investigate
