RTC to JIRA Migration Issues!

Hello, 

 

My team is trying to move many projects from RTC to JIRA but we are having a lot of difficulties. The CSV technique doesn't work, none of the fields map properly. In addition, can you update a story via import? How do the IDs translate? Should we be using a plug in? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I'm sure you've worked through this by now.  The csv import should work fine from RTC providing you format your file correctly.
