REports shows always worklog author = "Tempo Timesheet" not show user that entry worklog

Hi!!! As manager I need a report that shows me a worklog by project by real user not for "Timesheet User". 

We're using team managed projects in Jira and Tempo Timesheet for worklog entry

On Cloud, Tempo uses its own database. When logging work, the information is synced to the JIRA database but the worklog author and worklog description are anonymized (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/488931333/Why+do+the+worklogs+appear+with+the+author+Tempo+Timesheets+instead+of+the+user+s+name)

To view information about the actual worklog author, you need to use the Tempo Reports. To do this, go to Tempo, Reports and filter the report by the project, and set the grouping to worklog. 
To view the worklogs of other users for team managed projects, you need to have the permission to "View all worklogs" for the project (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/379028002/Permissions+needed+to+see+other+users+worklogs+in+Team+managed+former+Next-Gen+projects) 
or the "View worklogs" permission for the Tempo team that the worklog authors are members of (https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/tempo-team-permissions.html).

Hi Susanne. Thanks for your response.

As administrator or Manager we have permissiones setted like you describe. and we are using the only Reports worklog that have Tempo.  We need build another reports and graphs. . So we are trying downloading other apps like Worklog or Timesheet and we found that the user is "Tempo TImesheet" and not real worklog author.

We could recommend us another app with tempo? Is there a way to solve it?

all JIRA apps that retrieve worklogs directly from the JIRA database will have this problem.
