Hi,
I've recently added this app to one of our server instance of Jira, and have been testing out the functionality. Sub-tasks are creating appropriately, but they are not being linked in any way to the parent issue (they are being created as orphaned sub-tasks).
To create sub-tasks, I hit the '.' key when viewing an issue, then navigating to 'Create Multiple Sub-Tasks'. I am able to use the modal to create sub-tasks similar to those given in the examples, ex.:
- Add Documentation / assignee:"@current"
Post-creation, the sub-task does not show as a child of the issue that I was viewing.
I've tried a reindex, as well as using different Jira sub-task issue types. Any suggestions on troubleshooting? Is this just user error?
Closing this question to the community. This was due to a removed application in our lower environment.
