Pull request Slack notification event, ping the reviewers for added visibility

As per question:

Would it be possible to add in the payload for the pull request that goes to Slack have the reviewers of pull request added as a ping element?

This would  add more visibility via Slack to the pull request if the given event(s) are triggered.

Example of what I mean in a nutshell:

- Create a pull request
 ** Add two reviewers to the PR
- See the notification of the PR created, pinging the two Slack users whom are added as reviewers automatically
- Edit the PR and add a third reviewer
- See the new notification that pings the added third user in the given Slack channel.

You can integrate Slack via webhooks which delivers the notifications according to the notifications you have set to send the triggered events in the slack channel

Yes, but the question raised regards server/DC version PLUS with the webhooks in these versions at least one cannot modify the payloads which renders such a thing not to be able to be even used with Slack to begin with. (sadface)

Thus the question regards plugin in question AND it's capabilities regarding Slack payloads that are sent and if such a PR reviewer user ping visibility feature is possible.
