I'm trying to automate the SLA' types by project category. I have 24 services and 8u services. Now I've made a category where I tell Jira its a 24h service. From here I'm trying to let jira fix that, if it's 24h, it needs the 24h calendar in de SLA. Since thats something I have to do by hand for every new costumer.
Is this something I can do? Or maby you guys know another way around this.

Welcome to the community)
You can try SLA Time and Report add-on developed by my team. It allows adding SLA to your issues and tracking them whenever you need it.
To solve your issue, you just need to create a calendar and configs in the add-on.
