Hi,

which App would you reccomend for a project management? I am looking for a App like this: https://www.meistertask.com/app/project/kfyklF6U where we can sort our projects in an overview with deadlines, responsibilities and maybe checklists.

Hi Carina,

we recommend using a Jira project with boards. If setup correctly, it can be managed easily and give you a great overview. A big advantage of using Jira is, that it scales well if your requirements grow over time.

klar, gerne. Du findest hier weitere Informationen zur Ersteinrichtung: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/guides/getting-started/basics#step-5-invite-your-team

Von dort aus kann man sich ganz gut durch die weiteren Anleitungen klicken. Wichtig ist, dass man sich ausreichend Zeit dafür nimmt. Das erste Jira Projekt vernünftig einzurichten ist keine Kleinigkeit.

Die Details beim Einrichten hängen davon ab, welche Jira-Version ihr verwendet (oder verwenden möchtet). Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Jira in der Atlassian-Cloud zu betreiben, oder das Ganze auf eigenen Maschinen zu tun.

Time in Status for Jira Cloud - measures the time spent in a specific status. It can help you to get a helicopter view on your team delivery.

Issue History - shows a history of all the changes that had been made in selected list of issues

SLA Time and Repost - lets you set SLA timer value and statuses when countdown should be turned on/off according to your issues workflow, type, priority and other additional custom fields

Time Between Statuses - calculates status to status time. It can be useful to you for calculating Cycle and Lead Time of your Jira issues, etc.
