Problems when trying to install Rich Filters (addon-com.qotilabs.jira.rich-filters-plugin)

I have a JIRA account and I'm trying to install the RichFilters plugin trial (addon-com.qotilabs.jira.rich-filters-plugin).

I am following the step by step but without success.

What are the dependencies to install this plugin?

The Cloud version of Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards has been released and it is now available in the Atlassian Marketplace. If you have a Jira Cloud instance, you should now be able to install the app.

The application Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards is available only for server/DC, but based on the labels you are on cloud. Could this be the problem?

Which steps guide are you refering to?

Are you getting some sort of error or what exactly is happening?
