Problem with the disappearance of charts in Table spreadsheet.

I am using Table spreadsheet macro to organize data into tables and create charts. However, after creating and saving the chart, when I try to edit it again, the chart disappears. Subsequently, I face an issue where the chart cannot be recreated on the same sheet. If you know the solution, please provide guidance.

We are not aware of similar issues from our other customers. So, for us to investigate, we suggest opening a support request.

Please attach a .tfss copy of your spreadsheet and open the browser console (press F12), locate the error in the Console tab and attach the screenshot of the error to the ticket.

Also please switch to the Network tab in the browser dev tools, reproduce the issue and save the data from the Network tab as a HAR file.

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce the issue.

If your hosting is Data Center/Server, please update the app. The current version is 9.10.1. Then you may check if the issue persists.

If you are on Cloud, then you receive the updates automatically and your app's version is always the latest one.

If the charts continue to disappear, please consider raising a support request: the portal is confidential, it is based on the Atlassian Jira Service Management platform.
