Problem with enable app

Hi,

I just upgraded our jira server to 8.9 from 7.1 after upgrade i had some issues so disabled the app Tempo Timesheets.

Now when i want to enable the app again its greyed out. Can't find anything related to this any ideas how to fix this issue?

Have you followed the instructions on https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/382304307/Upgrading+Tempo+Apps+to+be+compatible+with+Jira+8

If not, some things may have gone wrong upgrading the app. Does it show anything in the logs? You should be able to find more details in <jira_home>/log/atlassian-jira.log

Hi, very late repsonse but the fix for this was:

 

go to console in the browser and use the element picker to click the button

In the shown code i found something like "blocked" i just unticked that and then i could click activate...
