Problem with altering repeating Tempo Plans

Hello everyone,

We have the following problem:

We planned time on a project (or issues, that shouldn't matter here) for 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday).

Since this is a recurring task, we used the 'Repeat: Weekly' option.

Now the person planned for that is tasked with something else next week, naturally i want to edit the existing plan.

It seems like i can only delete the parent plan (and with it ALL planned entries), when i simply want to delete the plan for a single week.

Is there no option to simply delete one of the recurrences?

Is that feature really this inflexible?

The only workaround i found was to log the entire thing as one long period, since that creates an independent plan for each day, but like already mentioned the supposed workdays are only mon-wed, this would mean i have to delete the logs of thurs+fri by hand for each week.

We also have the same problem. Unfortunately the feature is very inflexible. We therefore have to increasingly work with copied blocks, which is very time-consuming to maintain in the long run.

Are you currently working on optimizing the recurring plans or is this not expected this year?

We are also having this issue. We have a weekly repeating task for training, however this week the training has been cancelled, so we wish to cancel just this week and not all future bookings but this is not possible.

I have a similar issue. I resource team members for 2 days a week for one project, and 3 days a week on another project, and the recurrence options seem to be gone now.
