Problem with INSIGHT, filter and currentReporter

Hi everyone, did you know how can I set an Insight customfield (Affected Customer) to set automatically. When a customer creates a new issue?

I set up the INSIGHT Field Configuration:

Filert Assign Issue = objectType in objectTypeAndChildren(Usuari) and "UID" like ${reporter}

making the strict option too

So I need the name of the person who has made the issue to appear automatically in this custom field.

Any advice?

Hi,

You should set the following in your custom field:
Filter scope: objectType in objectTypeAndChildren(Usuari)

Filter Assign Scope: "UID" = currentReporter()

With Filter assign strict the field will be updated on issue updated and not only on issue created event.
