ProForma lite PDF download results in a damaged PDF file. How do I fix this?

After creating my form using ProForma lite and creating a ticket using the form, I have it creating a PDF file as well. When I try to open or download the file, it shows an error saying the file is damaged or corrupt. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I verified that exporting to PDF of the ticket through JSM is fine, but the export PDF feature of Proforma lite is producing damaged files. Thanks in advanced!

Hi @Simon Herd , I would, but since we are using the "lite" version of the product for review, the support site doesn't offer a way to submit a support request unless we use the paid version. Any suggestions would be helpful.
