The pricing for "Structure" is $1/user/month for more than 10 users. If my project has 20 members, but I want to restrict the usage of "Structure" to 11 users, would the cost be $11/month or $20/month?

Hello, @Reji Nair Lalithamma.  Jira apps sold on the Atlassian Marketplace adhere to the Atlassian pricing model.  The user license of the app must match the user license of the underlying Atlassian product -- Jira in this case. 

If you have a 20-user Jira license, then you need a 20-user Structure license too.

Note: We (ALM Works, the developer of Structure for Jira) take this into consideration when we set our prices. I.e., we know that not all of your Jira users will use Structure and we set the price accordingly.
