Power BI connector for Jira - issue connecting to OData feed

has anyone got an error on the OData feed screen, under the 'Basic' tab, where it asks for your User name and password?

I'm getting the following error:

We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again.

The sections I'm referring to is shown in this demo video at 2:34mins:

@Liubov Topchyi  Hello Liubov I am also facing the same issue, can you please tell me which credentials I have to use for OData Feed? As I have Jira signup and Power BI are both through different emails

Hello @Baqir Ali ,

The Jira user email and Jira API token should be used.

Please find more details in our documentation guide: https://aserve.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PBCFJC/pages/2346352641/How+to+connect+in+Microsoft+Power+BI+using+Jira+API+Token

Please let me know if this helps. Thank you!

Regards,

Luba
