has anyone got an error on the OData feed screen, under the 'Basic' tab, where it asks for your User name and password?
I'm getting the following error:
We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again.

The Jira user email and Jira API token should be used.

You need to use your Jira user details. Depending on the hosting option of your Jira, it could be a Jira user email or Jira username.
