We have installed the AWS Service Catalog Connector in our JSM Cloud. I would like to pull information from the fields and put them in an email sent via automation, so support personnel have an idea of what is being requested. However, I have found that these fields are hidden and hidden in such a way that my super dooper admin perms are not able to view them.
How can I view these hidden fields - when they are created/permissioned by the add-on which I installed as an admin?
