Plugin to resource management which sync data of jira issues based on schedule

Hi Team,

We have below requirement

"When we schedule any Jira task for a resource which is assigned to another resource initially, then assignee should automatically change or it should prompt a warning that assignee of the scheduling issue is different "

Data should be in sync

Ex: User A is the assignee of the ticket and if we try to schedule that task to user B,

Then ticket should automatically assign to User B

We tried with few plugins below

  • Float -resource management for Jira
  • Big picture for Jira
  • Team Board for Jira
  • portfolio for jira

But not able to achieve the above requirement using these plugin

Kindly share the plugin details if have any which will have this feature of resource management

Thanks & Regards

Megha

Hi @Megha P

The expected behavior you described in your post is one of BigPicture's core functions. Task attributes are bi-directional synchronized with Jira.

I am deeply interested in your feedback. Could you please share with me the information on what actually didn't work? What is your desired outcome?

We make our best efforts to constantly evolve BigPicture and adapt it to our client's diverse needs. We are open to our users' constructive proposals. Therefore your opinion is highly appreciated.
