Plugin fail to install on my test free jira cloud instance

Dear all,

I am running a free Jira cloud instance in which I would like to install JEHM Cloud plugin.

For that from my Find New App page, I search for the plug-in and select it for install as any other app

  1.  I click on the Try It Free button to start the installation
  2. The button display a running cricle icon during installation
  3. After a while the button get back to Try it Free
  4. From Manage App screen, the plugin in is not install at all and I get no error

Does some of you get same experience at some point and any idea how to solve this ?
