Au niveau du flux du ticket, j'ai un flux comme suit:
Etat initial => Non validé => Fermé
Je voudrais qu'une fois je passe de "Etat initial" à "Non validé", le passage à l'état "Fermé" soit automatique.
Ci joint le paramétrage de la règle que j'ai crée et qui ne fonctionne pas.
Merci de m'indiquer comment règle ce blocage.

Je soupçonne qu'il pourrait y avoir une condition ou un validateur sur la transition vers Terminé dans votre flux de travail qui empêche Automation d'exécuter la transition.

J'ai appliqué uniquement une condition pour le groupe de personnes ayant droit à faire cette transition.

Vous devez vous assurer que l'utilisateur addon-atlassian a l'autorisation dans cette condition pour que l'automatisation fonctionne.

Avant que j'implémentais la règle d'automatisation, le groupe désigné dans la condition peut déjà effectuer la transition.
