There are one single functionality we miss: To show how long Issues are in it's transition states.
Is it possible to create a view (or report) to show the average durations of tickets in the individual status events?
In order to monitor and manage the ticket durations it is utmost important for some projects to create transparency of the times tickets have been pending within in certain status. This will help to understand the reasons for possible slowdowns and drive improved turnaround times.
