Dear community,

I was asked by our ICT-management, if I could provide an overview on our "ticktes per customer"?

We are a small IT department of a clinic with several departments/locations. Management would like to know, which departments creates how many issues with our service desk.

Tools available:

  • Jira Service Desk/Jira
  • Insight, including an extensive import of many objects. (e.g. User form active directory, Department (= 'Company'), a lot if information out of SCCM about hardware/software, network infrastructure, ...)
  • Jira Scriptrunner
  • Confluence
  • (no eazybi App)

When I have a look at Insight, I see something called "object having connectedTickets()". I manage to get a list of objects, which have connected issues. I am not able to get any aggregation. I need a sum per object.

Is there a way to do this with Atlassian-Tools or do we have to invest into an App, such as eazyBI?

Any help is very much appreciated.

EDIT:

Within Jira Service Desk, there is a report about service desk agents and there tickets. Is there a way to generate something similar for clients or group of clients/departments?

Hi @schneich

I would suggest you use eazybi.   Trial it and if you have issues contact them directly. They are very fast at getting back to you.
