Our connection between Saleforce and Jira is no longer working

net.customware.plugins.connector.core.exception.ConnectorLicenseException: Connector license is not installed/invalid or have expired. at net.customware.plugins.connector.core.servlet.ConfigurationServlet.handleTestRequest

We paid our fee so why did this happen and how do we fix it? WE confirmed that the UPS tracking

The check was delivered by UPS on October 18<sup>th</sup>, signed for by LEE.

Thanks we did they are trying to figure it out now. I used a Evaluation copy to get us back up for the time being.
