Hi,
I have created an automation rule in a project. I want to copy and use the same rule in another project. But I am not able to see the new project in the target project list when I am trying to copy the same. What could possibly the issue here?
Regards,
Siddharth
Hi Siddharth,
There are 2 Apps in the Marketplace (last time I checked) which if installed can facilitate an export and then import of a number of Jira Service Desk objects - including automation rules. One of those Apps is written by Adaptavist and called Project Configurator. The other App is Configuration Manager by Botron/Appfire.
I hope that helps,
Mark.
