Not able to View Message field in the Transition Screen

New to Toolkit for Jira APP.

We have installed the Add-on and created a new Message for View custom field and added it to our close transition screen.
But the field is not visible on the transition screen.

We haven't done any configurations other than installing the add-on, Do we need to make any configuration to make the add-on work.

Please help us on this.

I think the docs on this are not very clear.

Jira has two real uses for screens - viewing an issue and editing it.  "Message fields for view" only display on screens that are for viewing an issue - that means the issue view, navigator and reporting.  "Message fields for edit" only display on screens used for editing, and those edits are create, edit and transition screens.

Annoyingly, the docs for the Toolkit don't make it clear that they mean "update issue screens" when they say "for edit"

So, I think the problem here is that you've used the wrong type of message field.  Try adding another one of the type "message field for edit"
