Non latin-1 attachment file name is not supported.

Hi,

Jira to Jira Issue Copy add-on is working find except  latin-1 attachment file name is not supported.

The attachment file name is copied such as 'ABC-????.pptx' when I tried to copy an issue. We uses UTF-8 encoding and I can see the symptom not Local copy but remote copy.

I had checked every environment settings regarding encoding.

This symptom is caused by RequestFilePart that it is not support UTF-8?

Any comments might help me.

Hi,

I think that I can not synchronize non ISO-8859-1 filenames. Because there is no API in  ApplicationLinkRequest (com.atlassian.applinks.api) to set characterSet of MultipartEntityBuilder at HttpClientRequest (com.atlassian.sal.core.net).

Help me if there is other ways.
