No information is visible

I've installed the plugin, created new Map, added a project to it, but after this map opening - nothing is visible in the window:

Am I missed to install/enable something?

Please update the version compatibility page as it currently shows version 2.5.0 works for JIRA Server 6.1 - 6.3.15. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.bit.agile.bit-storymap/versions

after but not including v6.3.13.1? Could you please specify which version of JIRA Agile is the minimum for using version 2.5 of User story mapping? I'm disappointed that this information isn't already documented anywhere.

Thank you Florian. So is https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.bit.agile.bit-storymap/versions completely wrong? Will version 2.4 of Agile User Story Map work with older versions of Jira? While I would love to upgrade the JIra instance, it's handled by a central team at my company and I can only request that they do so.

Also is the minimum version 6.3.6 as you mentioned most recently or 6.3.13.1 as you mentioned earlier? Is there anyway I can contact you directly? Currently trying to evaluate user story mapping and unable to get it to work.

@Mani maybe your issue has another reason - therefore please send me your browser's console log: use Chrome => press F12 => switch to the console tab => refresh the page with F5

You will obtain this list, when calling this service: https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/#d2e4546 make sure yu are logged in in your Jira instance than enter the following url: host/context/rest/api/2/issue/createmeta and you should receive a json file - please send it to me. did you select a project that contains Stories and Epics?

otherwise you can enter a JQL query for a advanced result set.
